Your custom plan provided by our relationship managers will incorporate your needs related to trust administration, oil and gas management, real estate management, financial planning, and/or investment management.

Execute Agreements: Day 1

  1. Execute trust or agency agreement
  2. Initiate transfer of assets
  3. Complete proper documentation

Develop & Execute: Plan 2 – 4 Weeks

  1. Discuss risk tolerance questionnaire
  2. Review account objectives
  3. Review financial plan
  4. Invest assets per plan

Regular Communication: Ongoing

  1. Monthly statements
  2. Quarterly performance reports
  3. Distributions
  4. Periodic proactive communications

Annual Review: 1 Year

  1. Review annual performance
  2. Update financial plan
  3. Review investment objectives
