Argent Trust Company of Oklahoma, which does business in Ponca City as Heritage Trust Company, is located in the City Central Building. This office opened in December 2010. Leah McCombs serves as local Relationship Manager and Office Manager. Heritage, which was founded in 1998, combined with Argent in early 2015.
