Whitney Hufnagel began her career at Heritage Trust in 2012 as an investment Intern while completing graduate studies at Oklahoma State University and joined the company full-time as an Investment Analyst upon completion of academic studies in December 2012. Over the last several years, Hufnagel has been promoted to Portfolio Manager, Vice President Portfolio Manager, and now serves Heritage Trust as Vice President, Relationship Manager.
Hufnagel graduated with a master of science in quantitative financial economics from Oklahoma State University. Prior to obtaining her master’s degree, she received a bachelor of science in agribusiness from Oklahoma State University where she graduated summa cum laude in 2010. She passed the Level II CFA exam in June 2016 and in 2022 received her Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA ®) designation.
Hufnagel currently serves as Vice President of the board for the Catholic Foundation of Oklahoma. She also currently serves on the Finance Council for the St. John Nepomuk Catholic Parish. She has previously served on the board for the Oklahoma Council on Economic Education and has previously taught personal finance classes to Oklahoma high school students through Junior Achievement. In 2015, Whitney was recognized as one of Oklahoma’s “30 under 30” by iON Oklahoma Online for having proven professional achievement, community involvement and commitment to Oklahoma’s future.
Whitney and her husband, Kevin, are members of St. John Nepomuk Catholic Church. They have two children, Colton and Reagan.
