Heritage Trust Company announced today that Ashley Minnich has been appointed relationship management associate.
In this role, Minnich will be responsible for maintaining client documentation, responding to client inquiries and collaborating with managers to provide support in serving clients, as well as client acquisition. She will report directly to Michael Romero, president.
“Ashley brings an impressive background and valuable experience as an educator to her new role as relationship management associate,” said Romero. “I believe she’ll be a great asset to our Heritage team. We are pleased to welcome her aboard.”
With two decades of experience as an educator, Minnich held roles at Millwood High School, Lehman Catholic High School and Marion Local High School. Most recently, Minnich served as an educator at Bishop McGuinness Catholic High School – where she taught courses including Spanish and Theology.

Minnich graduated from the University of Dayton with a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish and a Bachelor of Science in education. She earned a Master of Arts degree in education and curriculum from Phoenix University and a Master of Art in education and classroom management from Drake University.
