In 2015, Heritage combined with Argent Financial Group to form the largest independent, trust-based wealth management ﬁrm domiciled in the South. Responsible for client assets of more than $40 billion, our ﬁrm has the scale and sustainability to meet the unique needs and goals of individuals. Heritage Trust leads investment group in the purchase of the Journal Record Building; begins renovation of historic landmark in downtown Oklahoma City, OK.

Heritage Trust acquires RBK Capital and forms Heritage Institutional Services; launches Heritage Mineral Management as separate entity.

Merger & Move

Heritage Trust merges with Argent Financial Group to create a leading independent wealth management firm in the South with $15 billion in client assets.

Heritage Trust officially moves into remodeled Journal Record Building.

In 2018, Heritage Trust celebrates 20th anniversary. With Argent, client assets reach more than $19 billion and counting! Combined company now operates 29 offices across12 states.
